Since 1992, Affinity facilities have been providing high standards of rehabilitative and medical care to all of the communities we service. We continually strive for a full recovery and return to home for each of our residents. While we boast an elegant and relaxed residence and pride ourselves on our technologically advanced rehabilitative programs, we also believe in the loving touch as a critical ingredient in rehabilitation. We have a true understanding of the need for socialization that is necessary for a good, healthy recovery. Our experienced caregivers have a conscientious attitude about improving the quality of life while a resident is with us and giving them something to look forward to when they return home. Care is a team effort and each resident is on the team. Everyone is here to ensure continued quality, sensitivity, and support. This is our residents' home, at least temporarily, and that means putting them first. Each care plan is developed individually in partnership with the resident, their caregivers, family, and doctors.
